At Industry Services, we take great pride in our ability to install refractory linings with great skill and expertise. To further enhance the quality of our installations and assure customers of optimum refractory lining performance, we believed it was necessary to offer our customers controlled bake outs of their newly installed refractory linings. A controlled bake out schedule of newly lined refractory equipment is vitally important to achieving optimum refractory service life.

To accomplish this goal, we invested in the latest and most sophisticated portable North American Manufacturing combustion system and Honeywell programmable controller. Our bake out system is capable of extremely low temperature control and achieving the most difficult thermal profiles while monitoring temperatures at multiple locations during the entire bake out process.
